About this speaker
Caroline Matters is the current Lead Steward and CEO of the Findhorn Foundation holistic community situated close to Findhorn village in the north of Scotland. The main premise of the community is to be a catalyst for living and working in alignment with our inner spiritual wisdom and putting love into action in co-creation with the intelligence of nature. Caroline has lived in the community for many years and embraced her current role in 2018. She is also a trained Gestalt practitioner and has a background working in education and social services both as a practitioner and a manager in senior level positions of leadership and management.
