Andrea Hayes

Some people will recognize Andrea from Animal A&E on TV3 and radio shows for Dublin’s Sunshine 106.8. More recently she has created work from her love of writing. She is an Author, Broadcaster, Spiritual Director and Clinical Hypnotherapist. For years she has lived with chronic pain caused by spinal stenosis and disk degeneration. Her life changed in 2013 when she took time out to take charge of her own healing by starting a journey of wellness to manage her pain. Andrea learned about becoming an empowered patient and strongly believes we can use the power of our own sub conscious minds to change our health and our lives.
